James_and_Teresa.jpg

After a football injury in 1978 I was taken to the Emergency room. They did an exam, took x-rays, gave me a bunch of pills and gave me 3 recommendations:

  1. Wear a neck brace

  2. Quit football (and stay away from other activities for months)

  3. Don’t go to a Chiropractor

All that the pills did was make me sick and groggy. The neck brace was hot and cumbersome. Bedrest was not something that my body was going to appreciate. So, the next day I went to see a local Chiropractor. He did a thorough examination, explained my x-rays and the biomechanics of how I was injured, why I was stiff and hurting and how his “adjustments” would help my body heal. I began to see improvement with the care I received and within 2 weeks I had normal movement, was pain free and back playing football.

This became my calling, helping people safely and naturally through Chiropractic Care.

I married my high school sweetheart, Teresa, moved to Marietta GA, went to Life Chiropractic College, graduated with my DC degree (Doctor of Chiropractic) in 1986. We returned to Ocala to serve our community and raise our family. Our two children are now grown up and blessed us with six grandchildren.

My vision is to offer safe, gentle and effective Chiropractic care for every member of your family, from new born babies to senior citizens in a friendly, family atmosphere.
